- Hold Bar – $39
- Wrench to pull old peddles and hardware off – $40

Brake Sensors (1pk = 2 sensors) – would not buy these (see below)- 15in cable extension for BBSHD controls to the handle bars – $15
- BBSHD Wrench (luna Brand) – $20
Luna Bafang color monitor – $79
- $500 (+/-) – Amazon Parts and Tools
Allen Wrench Set (didn’t have all the sizes) – I would instead purchase the T-Through Allen Wrench sets instead with a ball joint.- Brake Bleed Kit – two syringes – $30
- Mineral Oil – $9
- Bafang DPC-18 Color Display – $99
- Biktrix Bikes – Canada – $319 shipped to CA
- Tektro HD-E725 Brakes (front and back). Only place I could find them in North America. Aliexpress had them, but I’ve been burned by them and the long wait time to ship. Has integrated cut off sensors cables. You do not need the stand off’s, and the brakes are IS Mounts.
- Foot Boards – Custom made from American Walnut. I had some left over from the bowling alley table and jointed, glued and planed them up to 1/2in. Recessed the bolt holes and gave it a 320 grit sanding. Unfortunately used home depot water proof var spray, didn’t give a clean coat. Sanded in between coats 2-3 with 320grit and mineral spirits to clean. Wouldn’t do that again. Instead I’d just use a tung oil.
Update * couple months later.
Only complaint is the motor has so much torque that you have to constantly re-crank down the lock nuts. Doing this over and over I’m concerned about wear on the frame. There are people that have made metal brackets that lock this in place, but would be special order since my frame is more oval than round. Once I figure this out I’ll post another update.
